How Long Does Delivery Take?

What Is the Processing Time?

 processing includes quality checks, and  inspections add 12-24 hours for proper evaluation; it normally takes 1 business day to process your order for most  products.However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual  items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 1-3 business days to process and dispatch. I Ordered More Than One Item. Will They All Be Delivered at the Same Time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time.Sometimes our  products are shipped separately instead of sending together, depending on the available shipping options and product. Large amethyst specimens, in particular, are sent separately from other bottle warmer products to avoid damage from size or fragility, and may arrive in different packaging than the rest of your order. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I Change the Delivery Address of My Package After It Has Been Shipped Out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the bottle warmer product is on route.
